I came here after seeing Harriet Tubman band at The Sultan Room in Brooklyn last week. <3

When Don Pullen died, it felt like a small piece of my heart died, too. He was absolutely wonderful.Jack Bruce's voice is powerful...much more exciting than when he sang with Cream. Chico Freeman pretty much introduced me to jazz sax...I've heard no match for him. Kip Hanrahan puts together groups that never stop amazing me. Love this!
